Free Worldwide Shipping

Everden offers free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee where offered.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not shipping fees. Where they apply, they may be charged separately by the destination country or local authority and are normally the customer's responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not normally processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. If a material delay affects an order, Everden will contact the customer using the details supplied at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
  • Europe: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch
  • United States: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
  • Canada: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch
  • Australia and New Zealand: 10 to 20 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Customs processing, local courier disruption, severe weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside Everden's reasonable control may affect delivery.

Tracking Information

After an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and, where available, a tracking link.

Tracking information can take several business days to appear after dispatch. If tracking has not updated after five business days, customers are encouraged to contact Everden for assistance.

Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number, and the customer will be notified accordingly.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Everden is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers should review their shipping details carefully before completing their order. If a correction is needed, please contact Everden as soon as possible.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customers may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in Everden's product prices or shipping fees.
